Hi everyone. I’m up to date now and I’m glad! (Inserts Grin) How is the week going? Any fun or remarkable thing so far? My company had its Second anniversary yesterday and there was so much cake to eat. (Suffering for that now tho, My tummy is crying). Today, we are going to eat healthy. When I say healthy, I mean that in the real sense of the word. Most of us get so caught up in daily activities that we forget to really eat good food (I exemplify this). Food is really important,Isn’t it? We know how hard it could be for people to be at a very productive stage if they haven’t eaten . A friend of mine says everywhere is dark when she is hungry. lol. I totally understand this. Back to the task at hand, we are going to eat something really healthy today. We all know what a healthy food is. Well to me, It has to have proteins, carbohydrates , vitamins and one or two other components. (I could be wrong). Just go with that food you think defines your idea of a healthy food. Breakfast is late already so maybe Lunch? or Dinner? Let’s keep it moving!   I’ll be back. BOS! Featured image credit :

    Well I took correct vegetable soup *elemi meje* 😉 and eba for dinner,Well thanks to my sis 😘.
    How healthy is that?

    Had ‘fried jollof rice’, if there’s actually a thing like that, with plantain and meat at some eatery. That seemed healthy after all.
