Day 9: The Happiness Challenge

I’ve been too tired to type anything. I’ve been looking at my screen for hours without actually coming up with a post. I’ve had this recurring headache and tiredness for about one week now and I think it’s about time I did something about it. I almost called in sick this morning but I remembered I manage the space and the repercussion won’t be pleasant. To worsen the case, Trump won guys, No, I’m not saying anything about that.
We are still on the Happiness Challenge and Happy we will remain. The idea is looking at the positives regardless of whatever is happening anyways, hence, we uphold the positivity today and always.
Today, we are giving out compliments, sincere ones o. Don’t just compliment someone because Omotolani said you should . Lol. Tell someone they are beautiful, comment about somebody’s beautiful style or demeanor, Tell a friend how smart she is, Appreciate someone’s kindness. Just hit someone up and compliment them about any positive attribute they have! You’d be amazed at how far this will go in making their day. Imagine someone just reaching across to tell you how amazing you are, or someone just finds a way to fuse into a discussion how much better your beautiful smile makes them feel.
I’ll always appreciate Jubril for how he compliments me all the time. He makes sure he tells me how impressed he is about my activities, how I write so well and how beautiful he thinks I am. These make me happy , no matter the mood I’m in when they come in and sincerely, Jubril is one friend I don’t ever want to lose. This is to you Jay, I appreciate you a lot and your zeal is one thing that makes me very proud of you. Remember how you kept encouraging me to go back to Fashion school after I dropped out? To think you resumed learning it after me but look at how far you have come now. Your designs are so well cut and I am very happy for the headway you are making in the Fashion design world.

So my cheat has been reading from day 1 post via my email and I lazily just won’t press the link to the blog. My bad hope I’m pardoned. Today’s post is dedicated to my very special jay boy and I couldn’t help but drop a comment. Jay is sweet,homely,caring,intelligent,enterprising,responsible to mention a few. I remember subbing him as husband material once lol. Here’s me telling Jubril how special he is to me even if I hardly ever say it. And yea he was my chauffeur the first time ever I had physical contact with the amazing Omotolani. Jubril you remember that ride back home lol. Thank God we’ve seen more beautiful years . Lovely design right there. Tolani, sorry if I haven’t been responding as often as I ought to. Proscrastination is no doubt a killer lol. Today’s challenge is an awesome one and funny enough I complemented my boss earlier today. He’s not on the big side. To top it all, lately he started visiting the gym, you can imagine the rest for yourself (oops hope I’m not deviating 😀). Anyway, it’s always a lovely gesture to complement people and it sure does go a long way.
