I have mixed feelings today.
Come tomorrow, this challenge will be ending for this year. I’m not pleased that it is ending because what would we then look forward to as the happiness exercise daily? I’m pleased it is ending because fam, it isn’t exactly easy to write everyday, knowing that you all are looking forward to the daily posts. It’s been such a journey.
However, I’m convinced that we have picked up some positive habits that we will be incorporating into our daily lives, and that in itself is fulfilling. I know that we are more intentional of our activities, and what we allow into our space.
Today, I want us to switch things. It’s been me dishing out suggestions and directives on what should or can be done daily, to attain happiness, so today, I want you to tell me what makes you happy. What activities do you engage in that make you happy? What are your go to happiness boosters? Share what they are, and myself and other people will be picking as we go.
