Still about Malikah…
When I was close to my delivery date, I left the house to another location due to some reasons, so that left W alone with Malikah. He’d call me to report ‘her’ many times and how unbothered she had become. It was always so funny to me because why is Malikah stressing my man for God’s sake? Why can’t she just behave and be like she was before the disappearance?
He went on caring for her, and making sure she was well fed. Also with having to clean the house everytime because of the dirt and smell she was causing. While I was away, my mum visited our house and she called to tell me the stress Malikah was causing W. She also talked about how she had made it a duty to stain the curtains with her pee and act like nobody could call her to order. Interesting right?
When the baby came and W needed to travel to where I was, we knew it was time to let her go. Partly because of her new found attitude and also because there was nowhere to keep her for the period he would be away for. And religious wise, it is wrong to keep a pet in the house without plans of how it’s going to feed or be taken care of.
So, with mixed feelings, Malikah was let go on the same day W travelled. It was a painful but necessary decision.
To everyone who has been asking after Malikah, I hope you have gotten your response now😁
Today, we are going to call a friend to gist with them. Many of us rarely make calls because it’s a texting world we are in. So , today, we will be making a call to one or more friends just to have a conversation that is unplanned and natural. Make sure you do it.
