Day 19 : The November Happiness Challenge 2019

What makes me happy!   First of all, I’d like to thank you Tolani, for choosing me to be part of the November happiness challenge. I truly appreciate it. This is the first time I’m writing any piece for a blog, as I suck at writing. Happiness is the good life, freedom from suffering, flourishing and pleasure. It is setting a goal and achieving it, doing what I want, eating what I want, friendship, relationship, family, my work. For me, happiness is spending time with my family and sharing beautiful moments, being in love with that special someone feels magical also. I really love food so being able to eat what I want, when I want to eat it makes my day, spending money on things I want and knowing I still have some money left feels amazing. Doing my job/ someone’s makeup might sound like a lot of work and not really fun, but trust me I feel fulfilled everytime I step back and look at my client’s face and see that they’re are happy with what I did. I also enjoy myself listening to the favourite music and dancing along with my sisters. It gives me personal satisfaction when I am doing well with my diet and exercise because that makes me think I am a capable person. Sometimes, even the fact that I come home after a tiresome day at work and see my parents makes me feel happy. A lot of things can give a person the sense of happiness, even the most insignificant ones. To sum up, happiness is a wonderful feeling that can be expressed in different ways. Everyone strives to be happy because in this way you feel capable, strong and believe in the sense of life.   Connect with me on Instagram
